We are looking to have an old wooden deck replaced that is currently rotten. We would prefer steel framing, but haven't decided on a wood or tiled flooring. It is about 7 feet high and quite large. We already have some plans drawn up, but no permits etc. We will also need a staircase going to the backyard.
