Warehouse conversion with a mezanine level needing reenforcement

We are removing structural walls from under the mezanine level - and we want to re-enforce the top level from above - or using support beams below. We'd like someone to come out and suggest what our options are. Must be a HIA approved builder.
I'm not sure what our budget is as yet as we're not sure what scope of work it will require.
