Initially Craig was very professional in the initial contact and then the follow up with the employee, Wayne, that he sent to quote for the job.\nThe overall experience was poor. Craig contacted me and then sent a worker out to quote the job for me. A couple of days later Craig contacts me to tell me he can\'t quote for the job or do the work because he has too much work on.\nThis is disappointing as another builder who wanted the work was unable to quote due to the fact that Craig had accepted the job. If he can\'t find the time to do the job, then don\'t accept it.

I rang Frank after he accepted the job, but did not ring me. \nHe attended on a day that was quite wet and was unable to assess the job fully as it was not safe for him to jump up on the roof to complete the assessment.\nHe said he would re-attend the following week to make a complete assessment and then provide a quote.\nThat was two weeks ago.\nI am disappointed as it appears that he is unable to assist with the work required and in his accepting of the job, he has prevented another builder who may be able to attend to it from doing so.

Our last conversation was two weeks ago.\nI am disappointed as he has accepted a job he has no intention of completing or even providing a quote for. If he can\'t do the job don\'t accept it, so that someone else who can assist may have a chance.
