it is a studio unit on the ground wall in a two storey block.
need a structural enginneer to determine if wall around the kitchen can be knocked down, then kock it down if strata allows it.
also need a wall with a sliding door and and a glass panel built to make a bedroom - this being a cosmetic change doesn't need strata permission so will def go ahead.
