Two storey roof support pillars need repair

I have a two-storey property with a racked roof. The roof is supported by 4 vertical pillars. Each pillar is made up of a concrete stump, with brickwork on top and a wooden post on top of the brickwork which in turn is joined to the roof. One pillar in particular is slowly collapsing in the middle (where the wood joins the brickwork) and is causing the roof to drop slightly. The other 3 pillars are not as bad but have shifted slightly. The roof needs to be jacked up and the pillars realigned under the roof. These pillars are load-bearing.
