First bathroom, remove old shower and vanity, remove wall between bathroom and toilet, close off door into toilet, install bath with shower over it and glass screen, install new vanity unit. second bathroom, remove old shower and washing machine taps etc. install new glass shower enclosure replace taps, install new shower base, install vanity.
install washing machine, dryer and laundry trough in existing garage.
insert high window in single brick wall of living room to increase light but not decrease privacy.
