We require a builder to take our pole kit home (the laguna from ezyhomes.com.au) and build it on our block of land. the house is 25.8 sq (excluding garage) and we would require the building of the house and additionally finish the house (the kit is basically the outside shell incluing windows, doors and decks). we would like to have one reliable builder taking on the project or build it up to lock up stage.
