Mould and stains have appeared on the rumpus room ceiling in two places along the same exterior wall downstairs. The leak needs to be traced, fixed and the damaged gyprock replaced. Unlikely to be the roof, since there are no signs of water damage on the ceiling upstairs. There is a deck abutting the exterior wall at ceiling level, and this was replaced a few years ago - flashing may have been damaged? Water penetration only seems to happen during downpours that are accompanied by high winds.
