New garage, would like weatherboard in keeping with the rest of the townhouses and body corporate, would like some storage as well as a toilet and basin and maybe a shower if permit allows? already have concrete flooring and roller door which we would like to have put on remote control. would like wide opening from front so it flows from our back door, would also like the rest of the courtyard paved?
