We live in an old (small) weather board terrace, balcony off main bedroom facing main road. Looks like it hasn't been maintained since being replaced 16+ years ago - unsure how safe it is. Need to replace whole thing.
Depending on price we may also require a backyard deck 1.5m x 3m (approx) and only about 20cm off the ground.
Front fence is also unstable so again depending on price we may consider using same company for all 3 jobs

Quick contact and arranged inspection for that week. Happy with that. Following job inspection i was advised i that the quote would be emailed to me. The guy wrote down my email but did not leave me with anything, not even a business card... It's now been approx 4 weeks and i'm still waiting on my quote - pretty disapointing. If you didn't want the job you shold ahve told me then and there so i could have gone looking for another tradesman straight away rather then wasting my time.
