Sunroom extension on house requires fixing and modernising

We have a sunroom extension on our house (which we estimate was put on 30 years ago), which needs the following work done to it:
* Wardrobes / cupboards ripped out
* Floor levelled (as it has sunk in the middle)
* Door space widened (which will require part of a wall to be knocked out)
* New sliding doors and window installed
* Possibly tiles installed on the floor (though we were thinking of doing this ourselves depending on timing and cost)
Note that the space of the sunroom is approx 10m long and 2m wide
We aren't currently using this space, and are keen to get this work done ASAP as we are having a baby in 4 months and would like it completed well in advance of that
