Hi,
I am looking to have a 'sunroom' built for my new house.
The property details are as follows:
- Address St Albans Victoria
- Sunroom/enclosed verandah is situated on the south side of house (in permanent shade)
- Would like a glass roof (depending on cost)
- Room will have an outdoor portable cooktop on the East wall of the sunroom
- Like the look of the 'Bulkhead' along the edge of the sunroom
- Like the use of vertical folding doors (as when they are folded up they give a slight extended verandah effect
- Area size 3m x 9m
- Open to other ideas, but want a modern look.
