Have an old garage site cleared. Looking to construct new area with access to the back of the house for a car via a ROW lane. Not looking for an enclosed structure. Ideal is a structure open on 3 sides and with some storage against the neighbours fence line. Concrete floor will need to be layed and automatic doors placed at rear fence to allow car access.
