Structural removal advice on removing a wall

Hi, I have a block of 2 art deco apartments (1 apartment on level 1 and another on level 2).
I would like to remove a wall between the living and kitchen area in both to extend the living space.
They are brick buildings with high ceilings. Built in 1935 with no plans at the council.
I would like someone to come through at 11am on Monday 2nd of November to give me an indicative idea of what's required to do (planning, designs, permits etc) and whether it's feasible in principle to remove the walls.
