• Remove and dump existing back staircase.
• Construct new timber deck approximately 2.6m by 2.4m.
• Supply and install new mixed Australian hardwood decking (86mm by 19mm).
• Supply and install new sub-floor framing as required.
• Supply and install two new support posts as required.
• Supply and install dressed hardwood handrail top (Kwila, 140mm by 42mm).
• Supply and install wire balustrading as required.
• Supply and install new timber staircase (approximately 7 treads, 8 rises).
