We are looking for a builder who can provide advice on how to fix a squeeking chipboard floor (on steel joists) and to arrange for the floor to be fixed and an acoustic carpet underlay to be installed (we have already chosen a product and have a per meter quote).
The apartment is in a 4-story building in Port Melbourne that is approximately 10 years old.
Ideally we would like you to come out to do an inspection, provide us with advice and a quote and then coordinate the job - beginning to end.
