for the past 8 to 10 months ive noticed water seeping in under a sliding door , appears it is seeping thru the balcony screed....plasterboard is damp, wooden skirts are damp and over time it appears the door frame is not plumb anymore....the original builders resleeved a pvc downpipe but to no avail....
