Require registered small builder from removal of internal load bearing wall to upper storey unit in Brunswick West. Scope of work includes installation of roof beams, propping as required and demolition of internal brick and hard plaster wall and installation of stud wall. Plastering, painting and general make good is not required- owner to do this. Building permit has been applied for and only requires builder’s details for issue of permit. Project is ready to go and to be completed by end of July. Previous experience in small renovation and references required. This project would suit small builder who will be onsite with another labourer/apprentice. I have architectural and structural drawings to send for a quote.
