We need a builder (or sub-contractors arranged by the builder) to remove existing guttering, downpipes & fascias. [A separate specialist is then removing asbestos eaves lining - we are arranging this separately]. Once that is complete we need the builder (and/or sub-contractors) to return and instal villaboard eaves lining, new fascias and new guttering & downpipes.
