Small house extension to "lock-up" stage (plans apprvd)

Approvals are already obtained for a small extension to my house, which involves demolishing an old rear porch, building an open plan living room in its place (attached to existing kitchen), and adding an ensuite at the front of the house where an existing porch is.
I want you to take care of all external works and see the build pass through three inspections from the surveyor (before footings, sub floor frame, timber frame) and ensure the building is sound and watertight, but not to perform any internal works such as electrics, plastering, plumbing (roof plumbing to be included though).
Approved plans are attached. Existing house structure is double brick with terracotta tile roof. Access to existing sub floor can only be gained by lifting floorboards.
