Small building works - create butler's pantry from existing 1.5 x 2.5m room

We plan to create a cooking area in a pantry beside our kitchen. The pantry size is 1.5m x 2.5m, is against the back wall of our house, and has no windows. We want to knock out some brick veneer to create one or more windows. We plan to tile the whole room, and position a drain in the floor. We plan to install a cooktop for chinese cooking, and a sink, and some cabinetry. We would like to arrange a quote for the building works in particular (window, drain?) and arranging planning permits (if required); and we welcome quotations for other work (plumbing, tiling, whole job, etc).
We also wish to discuss construction options for our bathroom - perhaps moving the position of a door, and expanding a window size; and the potential for removing walls as part of a future kitchen renovation.
You should be a Master Builders Association member.
We will be available to arrange a time for site inspection for quotation next Tuesday 11th August, and may be free Monday afternoon 10 Aug. Or after 6pm most days.
