Skirting board and soundproofing small internal wall section

1. Supply and install skirting board (approx. 1Lm) - remove existing water damaged skirting board and replace with new (painting not required)
2. Supply and install acoustic material for internal wall (dimensions 2400mm x 680mm). Remove section of wall and open up cavity, supply and install material for sound deadening (Gyprock acoustic 10mm plasterboard - Soundchek plus 70mm soundproof foam inside plasterboard)), refit plasterboard and plaster repair edges around wall.
Had a tradesman not turn up to the job (twice) so finding somebody new. Original quote was $800 for the work including materials and labour.
