Single story home requires wooden roof truss to be re aligned, 2-3 rooms need cornices repaired due to moveement of roof truss, fleu needs to be moved and hole repaired and new hole created in colourbond ceiling to accommodate fleu. Garage door was not tied into brickwork, needs to be tied in. Vinyl wrap on kitchen doors require to be re done/repaired as coming away. bulk head, architraves and mantle around wall unit to be repaired. 1.5m crack for plasterboard in passageway repaired due to wall unit heat.
