To extend two walls - one from a bedroom, one from a laundry - build a walk through robe in the master bedroom to an ensuite, and build laundry.

High level instructions are as follows:
1. Demolish the existing laundry.
2. Remove existing pergola.
3. Put in new stumps for extension to full width of bedroom 4 and flat roof to cover. Note: length of extension equals width of driveway so that the pergola becomes a car port.
4. Build two walls to enclose extension. Add new ensuite (shower and dual vanity), with dual sliding door access to toilet. Space from ensuite to bedroom 4 becomes walk through robe. Build European style laundry cupboard into wall. Move access door to face driveway.
