Roof is leaking...have no idea what's needs to be done

The water is coming through one side of the roof. It looks like junction of the tiles and the metal strip gutter has problem. I am only guessing either the strip need to be totally replace, or the tiles needs to be taken off in order to fix the metal gutter. can any one help? Thanks.
