I have a triangular 2mx2mx1m alcove adjacent to my living room which I would like to convert to a storage area. This will entail building a roof structure, flashed and sealed to the brickwork, a downpipe installed and directed into the drain in the alcove and melamite (or equivalent) shelving cut to size and installed (approx 8 shelves).
