We have a single brick garage attached to our house and would like to convert it to two bedrooms. the concrete floor needs levelling, walls and floor need sealing, roller door replaced with sliding glass doors, single glass window replaced with sliding window for the bedroom, carpentry associated with two bedrooms including cavities for built in wardrobes, hanging of internal doors, insulation of roof and walls, gymprock etc and all associated electrical work. approximate budget of $8,000-$15,000
