Approval has been given to reposition existing glass sliding and bi-fold doors from their current location to enlarge the internal size of a studio apartment.
Glass will be moved out approximately 1.5m to the limit of the eaves. Two small exterior brick/block walls roughly 1.5m long by 2.4m high will need to be constructed and rendered to complete the project.
This should be a fairly straightforward job with draughtsman-drawn plans of existing site and proposed construction available.
