Builders required to give quote for private residence on fixing/replacing termite-damaged oregon joists in suspended floor. approx. 6 from 18 joists need replacing including one tricky foundation joist, and new floor sheeting put in place. builders need to work in conjunction with dixon stairs who will also be installing new staircase in same room.
