The job is to replace two metal windows in masonry wall with either two larger ones or a larger window and french doors, including replacing lintels and installing sills/architraves. New window/doors to be timber (I can source).
Also I seek a quote to line a vaulted ceiling in kitchen/dining with either plasterboard or ply (subject to weight/moisture resistance issues). Existing ceiling is exposed rafters and corrugated steel.
Would need to be available to start 8 March following settlement of purchase of property. Property can be accessed to quote at 8am this Wednesday 19 December only, as existing owners are still residing there.
