Back Veranda - Approx 7-8 metres in length and 2.5 m wide. The uprights are painted steel and are able to reused. The painted wooden support rails to be inspected and replaced where rotten. The roof is corrugated plastic sheeting and similar new roof material would be suitable.
Carport - This is a single car structure at the front of the property. It is supported by painted steel uprights that can be reused. There are painted wooden support rails that need replacing. The roof is corrugated iron. A gutter is needed at the front but this can drain onto the nearby garden (no down pipe is needed).
The property is rented but access can be arranged through the agent.
Will need advice about whether a planning permit to replace existing structures will be needed.
