Front verandah on Edwardian house needs replacing. Verandah is approximately 8m x 1.5m.
The stumps are concrete and appear to be in reasonable condition. The joists may need replacement. All boards need replacement. Happy to discuss appropriate materials.
The posts appear to be in reasonable nick. The roofing is elderly. I'd be grateful for views on whether these need attention.
