We have a double story house in patterson lakes with a upper floor balcony that needs to be replaced asap. we would also like to add stairs when it is replaced. we would like to get a couple of quotes to have it replaced in a longer lasting timber and with a different balestrading (maybe stainless steel wire (timber posts). this balcony also has a solid roof. could you please provide a quotes asap.
we will be making a decision within a couple of days once we receive the quotes and compare them. we would expect the contractor to advise whether any council permits
