2) 5.5m x 2.1m this opening currently divided by a 1.25m brick pier to be removed , to create one continous opening.
Existing home consists of original single storey dwelling with brick veneer second storey addition. Steel beam will be required to support overhead brickwork once brick pier dividing opening has been removed.
All doors are at ground level
