Replace beams at frontage of property

  Currently, brickwork on the front facade of the house is supported off timber beams which need to be replaced with steel lintels. Works include:

• Prop brickwork using Shore hire Strong Boys or similar (no more than 750mm apart);
• Remove timber beams and replace with correct size steel lintel; (up to 15mm span – 100 x 100 x 6 ea; up to 25mm span 100 x 100 x 10 ea);
• Install new brickwork over new lintels – pack any gaps with mortar;
• Render new brickwork to match existing band;
• Prime and paint white to match existing.

Engineer’s report available on request.
