Replace approx. 4m of external wall, fix weatherboard to exterior, reline wall inside with plasterboard. Fit new window. Replace 2X1 m timber deck. Some Joists and bearers need to be replaced. The wall and deck is severely water damaged due to leaking guttering. This guttering needs to be fixed.
