I have a fire damaged home in Craigieburn which has just been purchased as is.
Looking for a builder to quote, for work to commence approx late November after settlement.
Home is large, split level on slope (3 levels - 2 storey at front, 1 in-between level at rear).
Front section relatively undamaged.
Rear completely undamaged.
Middle of house fire damaged - Fire started in upstairs bathroom area, spread into roofspace. Bathroom floor collapsed into lower level bedroom and fire spread minimally into lower hallway ceiling/upper hallway floor.
Work required:
- Remove existing roof.
- New pitched roof to entire front section of house
- Replace Upper level floor and ceiling in bathroom/ensuite/WIR, and the bedroom beneath
- Replace upper level floor and ceiling in hallway.
- Replace/repair and finish lower level walls and ceilings once new upper floor is installed.
