Dripping water has caused significant damage to two or our bathrooms, one below the other. We require two 240L hot water heaters to be removed (and reinstalled), the floor in the upper bathroom requires tiles to be lifted (and re-laid) and the floor repaired (the floor under the upper HWS has collapsed). In the lower bathroom, a portion of the ceiling, walls and cornice will need to be removed and replaced and repainted (a light in the ceiling will require an electrician).
We understand that this is a multi-trade job, but as we are a hotel, we require this work to be done quickly, so is best if you can attend the site asap to provide a quote.
