Repair to damaged fascia of house

The riser attached to the west fascia board of our house which carries the Telstra phone line from a pole across the street was pulled out by a large truck passing by which caught the telephone wire. The riser has been temporarily reinstated however the fascia board was damaged and requires replacement. This will involve replacement of the entire fascia board (we do not want a part replacement) to match original fascia, painting of the new fascia board to match rest of house and reinstatement again of the existing riser and telephone cabling.
