Repair front stairs and edge of flooring
Jane requested 3 quotes from Builders in Bardon
Wooden front stairs are worn and have a wobble. Also boards at front of house are damaged from rain. Stairs have 4 steps and a wooden balustrade. I think all can be retained so hopefully no new materials required. The boards are at the front of old closed in verandah and door does not protect from rain. Approx 9 boards are damaged at one end.
