Renovations to the sunroom &interior walls removed for open plan living

I currently have a sunroom built on a cement slab, i want to pull down the existing structure and build a new insulated sunroom with a number of doors and windows.
further to this i am looking to pull down a external wall and will most likely be load bearing so support beams will have to go in its place.
finally, i need a new kitchen and floor boards polished.
if you can do the entire job great however if you are only able to do parts that is fine also.
we dont really have a time frame for the completion of the job but the sooner the better
