Renovations to a 1930s brick home
Jim requested 3 quotes from Builders in Mont Albert
Needs new kitchen, laundry & toilet. Including opening up several new doors one in a load bearing brick wall, bricking up existing, replacing windows and possibly some ceiling lining, skirtings and some new french doors. Will need builder, tiling, electrics, plumbing etc. Can have new kitchen installed by the kitchen manufacturer if needed and someone just do all the building works. Kitchen and other bits about to be ordered and hoping to have building works done before Xmas, with kitchen installed in January.
