1. Demo small kitchen, study (wardrobe), and bathroom vanity (in built cistern) and pull up approx 3m2 outdoor pavers.
2. Arrange joiner to make new cabinetry for kitchen, kitchen island, study, vanity(I have plans).
3. Arrange joiner to make custom bookcase/stairs and install handrail
4. Build 2 x outdoor bench seats (into masonry)
5. Arrange tiler to lay new sandstone pavers (approx 3m2)
6. Build 2 x custom cupboards
7. Build small balcony (approx 1.5m2) and install baulistrade.
I will provide all materials - pay you based on invoice.
Needs to be done ASAP. Joinery most of the job with some carpentery
