Job involves: reorganising layout by removing a few internal walls, inserting new internal walls, renovating bathroom entirely, changing two windows for sliding doors, quite a bit of cabinetry, additional lighting, relocating sink for a wet bar, adding awnings over windows and doors and replacing rotten wood on outside staircase. Plans and elevations for a building designer ready.
