Small alfresco area of approx 12m2 to be closed in to incorpoortae alfresco area as part of the exitsing dwelling. Alfresco is under the roof line and on the slab of the main building. Essentially, the job requires the construction of two brick walls - one which will include a three panel glass sliding door (provided) and the second to include a set of high set openable windows (ie 3 x 400mm wide). There will be a false floor needed to match existing hieght (ie timber frame, cement sheet) of other floor.
