I am wanting to obtain quotes/ specification of works for a house to be raised to meet legal head height along with building this space in to include two beds, rumpus & combined toilet/laundry/bath/shower facilities. all necessary drainage and internal staircase linking the top floor would also need to be specified and priced. i need to obtain a guaranteed maximum price in order to seek finance from my bank for a construction loan. timescales for project commencement would be mid 2009....as design and planning permission is to be confirmed. i look forward to hearing from you. kind regards
