Hi,
I've got a reno job in Brunswick.
It's a 4 bedroom house near Syd Rd.
I settle in about a week and looking to start the reno straight after. The usual stuff... paint, floor, kitchen, bathroom, landscape.
Let me know if you're interested in quoting and I'll send you the address. Below is the breakdown.
- Paint inside
- Paint outside
- Make shed at the back livable (carpet floor, ceiling, roof, walls, paint, paint outside, new door)
- Car park spot at the front including supporting the veranda roof (rough pricing for this once as we need to draft it property, pricing for cutting up part of the veranda and putting crossover
- New light fittings (down lights in living area and kitchen, pendants in all others rooms, new power points and light switches)
- New fuse box and split circuit for heavy appliances
- Ducted heating
- Aircon wall unit in living area
- Tiling kitchen floor, kitchen splashback, bathroom and toilet floors and walls (on top of existing tiles where it's easier)
- Bathroom vanity, mirror, shower head, taps, soap dish, towel rack supply and install, new toilet and spray bath
- Kitchen cabinets as per existing layout
- Kitchen appliances supply and install (dishwasher, rangehood, oven, stove, sink, taps)
- Laundry taps, basin
- Floor boards sand and polish
- Simple Decking 4sqmx4sqm at the back
- Pergola or some kind of cover - 3sqmx4sqm
- Fake grass, pebbles and plants for back part of the back yard including supply and laying Landscaping
- Front fence and repairs to all woodwork
