House is originally art deco building with concealed roof behind brick parapet. Has been extended over time at front and rear with a combination of pitched tile, galvanised pitched and galvanised flat roof.
The job will require removing part of the existing roof, removing some existing brick parapet walls, new trussing for part of the roof, building up of the current brick parapet walls (to match main part of existing home) and constructing new eaves at the front and real.
The home will still be occupied during the renovation, thus timing of completion from commencement is of the essence and tarping in until the roof is weather proof will be required.
Full drawings available and currently with council pending approval. Single storey dwelling although sloping so 1 1/2 height at rear.
Would like detailed quote showing cost of materials, labour, numbner of people working on the job and estimated timing to complete the job.
