We have recently purchased a house and are planning to do staged renovations. We would like to talk through the design and get plans drawn up as an initial step. The first tasks to complete will be replacing windows, fixing rising damp and a carport. As our budget allows further renovations, we will continue to renovate as per the original design. We would like to use one person/group to manage all aspects of the renovation from the plans through to completion of the renovations (to maintain consistency).
