I have a california bungalow with a lean too at the back that houses a lounge room, small kitchen and large laundry (laundry is at a lower level).
The following needs to be done.
1. The laundry floor needs to be raised to the internal house level.
2. Some internal walls need to be knocked out so that the kitchen/laundry areas are combined in the same space.
3. New roof section over the combined laundry/kitchen. Possible new roof over the existing lounge room.
4. The outside needs to be re cladded.
5. Deck and Cover needs to be erected.
6. I want to get it to lock up and I will get the kitchen/laundry done.
Other
1. I think the majority of the work is carpentary
2. I think this can be done as a complying development with council.
3. I do not have any plans yet. Would appreciate if a draftsman/certifier could be recommended.
